Hello,

I bought a box of Yunnan Chinese Green Tea, (a brand called Luk Yu) today in an effort to combat acne. It’s not loose leaves but regular sized teabags. I was wondering if I could use one tea bag for two cups of tea since it seemed pretty strong to me, or is the tea bag useless after being in hot water for 2-5 minutes?
Also, I was told the tea is more effective without any sugar or honey added, do you agree?
